At Clever Tech Solutions we have a 7-person staff that gives us the flexibility and breadth to provide emergency services quickly and effectively whenever a client needs our help. We guarantee a 4-hour response to our Gold & Platinum clients and a Next Business Day response to our Silver clients, but even our non-contract clients can expect service within 2 days during emergencies.
